I'd like to make a special dietary request. Not sure what the blood here is made of, but it tastes like human blood. Even if it's not human blood, it's not a good idea for me to have something that tastes like it. Can I have blood that's either made of something else, tastes like something else, or both?

[The video feed is shaky for a few seconds before it becomes stationary. What looks like a black leather jacket is visible and the voice that comes through the feed sounds exasperated.] So much for just "pressing the button and it will turn on". Why doesn't anyone use pen and paper to communicate anymore? Ink from the Order of Artek can go a long way.
[The feed jerks violently and suddenly a squinted eye is peering into it.] Hi? Is this thing on? Please be on.[The last time he accidentally turned off his cell phone and couldn't get it back on, Cordy turned it on for him. She told him to press down on the button until he saw a green light. The light's green now so that must mean it's or or so he hopes. Clears his throat and speaks with more certainty.]
Hey, I'm Angel. I obviously don't know much about high tech devices or about ships floating through space [Adjusts the video so his face is now visible. His skin is strikingly pale and even though his face looks like that of someone in their mid twenties, his eyes are that of an old soul.], but I do know a little something about redeeming souls.

Can anyone fill me in on what goes on in this place? The Admiral already gave me the run down, but what someone advertises an experience to be and what the actual experience is, aren't always the same. Thanks.
